Sorry if the photo quality is kind of sucky. I used my cellphone to take the photo, to edit it, and to add the watermark. I was in a hurry coz I had to get my butt to work. I think the clouds were pretty decent though. Sponging is really easier and better for making clouds than dotting, I think. Plus, you achieve that cirrus cloud effect.
I used Philippine brand nail polish:
For the Balloon - Sun Kissed (Orange), Summer Fling (Coral), Sweet Surprise (Yellow)
For the Clouds and the Sky - Nailtopia Nail Polish that have no fancy names
For the Basket - 24k Nail polish in brown
For the outline - Sassy Nail Art pen in black
