I'm Tinxiedoodles (Kristine), 30. A mom, a wife, an office drone,and a musician. I do a lot of artsy stuff, like photography, drawing, songwriting, singing, and I also love to do freehand nail art in my free time.

Most of the time, this tumblr will be about my nailart, but I will post some of my other pursuits from time to time, as well as nail art from artists that I admire a lot.

How to Whiten Stained Nails

I swear by # 4. Toothpaste is the easiest way to whiten your nails, and it does work.

Sorry if the photo quality is kind of sucky. I used my cellphone to take the photo, to edit it, and to add the watermark. I was in a hurry coz I had to get my butt to work. I think the clouds were pretty decent though. Sponging is really easier and better for making clouds than dotting, I think. Plus, you achieve that cirrus cloud effect.

I used Philippine brand nail polish:

For the Balloon - Sun Kissed (Orange), Summer Fling (Coral), Sweet Surprise (Yellow)

For the Clouds and the Sky - Nailtopia Nail Polish that have no fancy names

For the Basket - 24k Nail polish in brown

For the outline - Sassy Nail Art pen in black

Another nailspiration ♥ I’m still recovering from my fume inhalation so I can’t really do a lot of actual nail art on myself. I have bought a mask to minimize the inhalation of the fumes and I’ll buy a bunch of fake nails too later so I could just paint on those instead of my own nails that I tend to blow on, hence more inhalation. LOL.

Granted. Kick ass is not a real superhero. But, whatever. I like him and Hit Girl. I was gonna stick with the whole batman theme but eeeeh. This is better.
