I'm Tinxiedoodles (Kristine), 30. A mom, a wife, an office drone,and a musician. I do a lot of artsy stuff, like photography, drawing, songwriting, singing, and I also love to do freehand nail art in my free time.

Most of the time, this tumblr will be about my nailart, but I will post some of my other pursuits from time to time, as well as nail art from artists that I admire a lot.

DAY 5 - BLUE NAILS
DAY 6 - VIOLET/PURPLE NAILS

Hello again! As promised, I have painted a design that would kick both day 5 and day 6 in the butt. As you know, I’m a working mom, and I’m always beating a sort of a deadline wherever I am, so I did something that would take on both days.

For this manicure, I was inspired by my daughter’s lunch box from THE GAP. I have been eyeing it eversince she got it, but back then I didn’t think I had enough skill yet to pull it off.

For the base, I painted on a blue color from Nailtopia. I painted on the butterfly wings with purple polish and some metallic pink polish. I hope you can tell, cause it’s really not showing in the photo.

So there ya go, my day 5 and day 6 nails ? I hope you like them, and I hope you like my charm bracelet too. I designed it myself and had the jeweler make it from my old yellow gold bracelet. No idea how, but they transformed the yellow into white gold ♥

Also I have no idea why, or how, but the whole original caption for this photo got deleted. LOL
